Zion's Hope Return / Refund Policy

It is our desire for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and that these items will be a blessing to you. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please take note of the following Zion’s Hope return and refund policies:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please contact us by phone at 1-888-781-9466 (ZION) Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, to initiate your return and help us understand how we can best assist you. You may also email customerservice@zionshope.org with any questions regarding your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.

All shipping costs are non­refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, it will be for the price of the item you are returning only. If, however, the reason for your return is the result of a Zion’s Hope error, please notify us right away by phone or email and we will correct the problem as quickly as possible.
